Trip Eligibility & Selection

The $PROS Experience is limited to ten winning wallets, randomly selected through random (date and time) weekly raffles. To qualify, participants must hold at least 1,000,000 $PROS in their wallet at the time of a weekly snapshot. One winner will be selected each week to receive an all-expenses-paid trip to Medellín, which includes round-trip flights, villa accommodations, and Passport Pro–hosted events. This is not a budget group tour. It is a curated, high-level, invite-only experience organized by PieroLiero LLC.

Background Check & Passport Requirement

All winners are required to pass a basic background check to ensure the safety and integrity of the group. Individuals with felony convictions, pending criminal charges, registered sex offender status, or placement on a government no-fly or terrorist watch list will not pass the background check.

In addition to legal checks, PieroLiero LLC reserves the right to conduct a review of participants’ publicly available social media or online presence. Content that is discriminatory, unlawful, or otherwise damaging to the reputation of the $PROS Experience or PieroLiero LLC may result in disqualification.

PieroLiero LLC retains sole and final discretion over eligibility. Any participant who does not pass the background or social media review will have their trip canceled with no refund.

A valid, non-expired passport is mandatory for attendance. If a winner is disqualified, additional wallet snapshots may be taken in December to fill remaining slots.

Liability & Assumption of Risk

By participating in the $PROS Experience, you acknowledge that travel involves inherent risks, including illness, accidents, theft, injury, or unforeseen events. You agree to release and hold harmless PieroLiero LLC, its affiliates, employees, and contractors from any liability for claims, damages, or losses arising from or related to this experience.

Participant Waivers & Conduct

All participants must sign a liability waiver prior to departure. Attendees are expected to maintain respectful conduct at all times. Disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful behavior may result in immediate removal from the experience without refund. Participants must respect local laws, fellow guests, staff, and villa property.

Legal Compliance

All activities during the $PROS Experience must comply with the laws of the host country. PieroLiero LLC does not provide, endorse, or facilitate illegal services. Any legal consequences arising from a participant’s personal actions remain the sole responsibility of the participant.

Health & Eligibility

All participants must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age and in reasonably good health. Participants must disclose in advance any health conditions or limitations that could affect their ability to travel or engage in scheduled activities. Certain activities may be physically or socially demanding and are undertaken at the participant’s own risk.

Travel Insurance

Participants are strongly encouraged to purchase personal travel insurance. PieroLiero LLC bears no responsibility for canceled flights, medical expenses, lost luggage, or other unexpected incidents.

Media & Content Release

By attending the $PROS Experience, participants grant PieroLiero LLC full rights to record, photograph, and film them for use in digital and print media. Those who do not wish to appear in content must submit a written request prior to the start of the trip.

Privacy & Confidentiality

Some events may require participants to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). Discretion and respect for the privacy of fellow attendees is expected at all times.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to failed background checks, voluntary cancellations, missed flights, travel delays, medical emergencies, misconduct, removal from the group, or changes to event logistics.

If PieroLiero LLC cancels the $PROS Experience due to unmet fundraising goals or unforeseen circumstances, the project may be delayed or restructured. However, token purchases remain final and non-refundable.

Additional Disclaimers

If the $50,000 USD fundraising goal is not met, the $PROS Experience will not take place. Participation is based entirely on community support and speculative token value. By buying and holding $PROS, participants acknowledge and accept the risks of the token not appreciating in value, as well as the possibility of not being selected in the raffle, even if eligible.

Eligibility & Code of Conduct (Summary)

To attend the $PROS Experience, participants must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid passport, maintain at least 1,000,000 $PROS in their wallet at the time of a winning snapshot, pass a background check, and be physically able to travel and participate in planned activities.

By attending, participants agree to a code of conduct requiring them to avoid violence, harassment, disruptive behavior, or illegal activity. All attendees must respect staff, villa property, and fellow guests. Damaging property or engaging in misconduct may result in immediate removal without refund.

The $PROS Experience is curated, hosted, and operated exclusively by PieroLiero LLC. The event is designed to deliver an elite, curated, and unforgettable experience.
