Refund & Cancellation Policy

All $PROS token purchases are final and non-refundable. The coaching call is a community reward, not a guaranteed service purchase. If a winner fails to schedule or attend their session within the 30-day period, the reward will be forfeited. No replacements or cash alternatives will be provided.
